CANCELLATION POLICY
I have a 48 hour grace period for any cancellations, under 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in 100% cancellation or no show fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your apt it will result in a reschedule of that appointment and 100% of the appointment costs will be charged to card on file seen as a no-show. Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable to other like services if rescheduled minimum one week prior to appointment booked. Appointments with collected deposits can only be rescheduled twice before deposit is no longer valid.
